Moreton Properties Ltd. ("Moreton") is a private Toronto-based real estate company that actively invests in and manages Canadian multi-family and hotel income producing real estate.

Moreton invests privately or in partnerships with investors ranging from single property owners to multi-property owning, high net-worth individuals. In all partnerships, Moreton manages the day-to-day operations and represents the partnership in an ownership capacity for capital investment, mortgage financing and property sales. 

Moreton prefers to hold equity ownership in each asset that it manages to be fully aligned with its investment partner. Our management team has decades combined worth of experience and industry relationships in Canadian real estate investment, asset management and property management.
